What founders and operations managers want to know up front.

How many SKUs can Tremo WMS handle?+

No software cap. We have customers with 500 SKUs and customers with 60,000. The Starter plan is for lighter operations (up to ~200 orders/day), Growth for scale, Scale for 3PLs and multi-region.

Can I import existing inventory?+

Yes, via CSV import: SKU, product name, starting stock per location. We set up the import during onboarding so the first pick can happen the same day. Variances between import and first physical count are logged so you know what you started with.

Does inventory management work offline?+

The scan-flow on phones works briefly offline (queue), but Tremo WMS is a cloud product. For a 100% offline warehouse we recommend a local alternative — we're not built for it.

How do I connect my accounting?+

Tremo WMS pushes stock mutations and cost balances via webhooks. Our customers connect Xero, Moneybird, Exact and similar tools via Zapier or a small middleware script. No secret API.

Can I enforce FIFO or FEFO?+

Both. FIFO (first-in-first-out) by receive date, FEFO (first-expired-first-out) by expiry. Configurable per fulfilment customer or product category. The pick system routes accordingly.
